6. Tours, Itineraries and Availability
All descriptions, photos, and itineraries are indicative only. Actual departures depend on availability and minimum group sizes. We reserve the right to amend itineraries as necessary.

7. Booking Requests and Confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until we provide written confirmation. Until then, we reserve the right to decline any booking request.

8. Prices and What Is Included

9. Deposits and Payment

All travellers must be fit for the activities included in their tour. You must declare any medical conditions that may affect your participation. You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any necessary visas, and, if applicable, a valid driving license.

13. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers all activities included in your package.

14. Conduct and Safety
You must follow the instructions of your guide at all times. Any traveller who puts themselves or others at risk may be removed from the tour without a refund.

15. Accommodation and Third-Party Suppliers
Accommodation, transport, and activity providers are independent and have their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

16. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and images on our website are the property of PANORAMA HOLIDAYS. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
